Build a Website

I need a new website. I need you to design and build my online store. It will have less than 10 items for sale. Customer will be able to purchase fresh, or individual frozen seafood, manly fresh shrimp. For each size available the customer needs to be able to select the quantity to be shipped overnight via ups, or usps. Shipping fees included to be paid by the customer. 2 pound increments, up to 44 pound box. I want to have a 72 hour window to process any orders. I would like to have pictures of the items being sold, along with a description of the product. I also need a company name and logo. I am stuck on what name to use as I was thinking to use something close to a larger company that sells different items all together. That way when they search for the larger company, mine will be below it in the search engine. If that is even possible or legal? Once this is done I will apply for a L.L.C. corporation with the company name.
