Build a Website

I own a real estate investing company. It is a new company and we want to build a web presence. We buy, rehab then sell properties. We need a professional, elegant and simple website design. WORDPRESS ONLY I have built web pages in the past and have the know how, but not the time. We have a small amount of content, but the freelancer should be comfortable doing some research and writing additional content. Do not bid on the job if you can't write content. As I stated, I do not have the time to dedicate to this right now, but it needs to be completed. Web page can be very simple and only needs a few pages. Highlights would be - company bio, available properties, contact info, lead capture for distressed property sellers, lead capture for retail buyers, page for blog posts (I will write blogs later), creative real estate tactic explanation page. Any other ideas you may have, please include in your bid. ****I will not even consider non personalized bids. Ideal freelancer should be able to complete this job quickly, write some content in addition to what we have, add graphics, and have creative ideas.
