Build a Website

Need to create a mouseover (rollover) behavior that causes the text to brighten when the mouse goes over the specific image map area. There are 7 image map areas (topics), but I've just included the jpg's for the first: "Statistical Analysis" The method I tried simply changed JPG's with the mouse-over the specific image map area, but I cannot get the mouse-over behavior to work properly. I want a simple solution that will display consistently.
