Build a Website

I need a teaser/coming soon page for a quadcopter marketplace. I have attached an image of the colours I would like used as well as the design. Where there is the popcorn bag I would instead like 3 graphically drawn quadcopters made to look as if they are racing and instead of the writing on the left I would like to have my content such as Multicopter marketplace coming soon. Sign up etc so I need an email tab for them to sign up to the news letter for updates and press relases etc At the top where they have the 5 different icons, I would like this to be replaced and instead have 4 social media icons integrated so sharing can be done. The ones I would like are Facebook, Twitter, Google plus and Pintrest. Then at the bottom of the page I would like a rectangle across the whole of the bottom where I will have another email sign up tab but for vendors. The size of this will be 1/5 of the page. I need this bit to be a different colour which complements the colour scheme that I am trying to go for. The quadcopter racing image I have uploaded is just a guide as to how I want the graphically drawn quadcopters to be spaced out potentially and made to look as if they are in a race and going really fast.
