CMS View (Admin) : Would be able to add the following User Full Name of the person His Email Address His Job Group (Which group he is in) A button to add new User We should be able to delete or update any name or email or job group . Add a fixed signature for the email at the end , so user does not repeat always ( Optional ) can keep empty Webpage View : Split into 2 , left side composing new email and second one the following A search Field with autocomplete lets say we put first name of family name then auto complete will show the available client with this name and the information about it (similar to facebook search where it show the name,under it the info of this person) if selected the left side of composing new email will be filled to : this person email ---------------------------------------------------------- A list of all the groups checkbox (multi checks) so if user press one group , the left side will be filled with all the emails and if pressed with 2 groups it will be filled with both groups. --------------------------------------------------- I already deployed a wordpress so server is ready for work . I am a dev too but have no time to do it . it should be simple for you and require no more than 1 day to finish . Plugin using is allowed . Thank you Finally press send email and the email will go ..
