I need a website designing and building for my small business. The site will be fairly simple, maybe 10 pages at the most. However i would like to make it a subscription website. The website will have 2 or 3 pages which can be viewed by anyone, then the rest of the site can only be viewed by members. They will need to sign up as members and pay a monthly fee to have access to the site. The billing for the site must be able to accept most payment methods, however i do not want the funds to go into a Paypal account, they must go to my bank account. There should be multiple billing options and also i should be able to see the members etc Also i will need to be able to access the website to add new content and make changes on a regular basis. I am not very good with this kind of thing so it should be fairly easy for me to do this. I will supply the written content for the site but you will be to organise the layout and some images. I also need to know how hosting would work and possible email as well. This project needs to be as cheap as possible. In your bid please tell me how you would complete this project, what the plan would be for hosting, costs, how long it will take you to complete etc.
