Build a Website for social experiment

Need a basic website for conducting a social experiment online. The website will only have one page. Its functionality: 1. Login for user using gmail or facebook. save login details in database. user can enter data in this page only if he logs in. remember his credentials and make sure he does not need to login next time he opens the page from same browser. 2. Read latest NIFTY stock value from NSE website and display it. 3. Add a numerical text box for user to enter a value. User will be asked to enter his guess of next day nifty ending price in the text box. Add submit button. Save the value in database against each user and corresponding date and time of entry on click of submit. 4. Data base should contain user id, date stamp of entry, nifty trading date user is guessing, the value he enters. 5. After user clicks submit button mentioned above, display to him his entered value as well as average value of all values entered by user for a particular trading day. 6. Below all the above mentioned content, display a table with Date of trading session, average of guessed value by all users for the particular date, actual value of the market by close of the particular day. Display this table for past 30 trading sessions. 7. Give option for user to generate above report for any range of dates he pleases. 8. Provide Email id as contact details below the page. Also on top of page,there will be name of the experiment and some explanation on what this is all about. it is all text content. I would like the site hosted using some very basic plan. Also please advice me on how to run the database for a low price as the data requirement is quite low.
