I would like a tuition agency website to be created, we work by matching parents who want tutors for their child, to interested tutors in the assignment. I hope some of you have done similar websites before. I would require a CMS system inbuilt into our website, more specifically form submission for a database. The 3 forms that I would require will be as follows - One for the parents to sign up requesting for a tutor, second for any parent who have any enquiry to drop us a message and email, and the last for tutors to sign up and register into our tutor database. The layout of the website would just be for parents and tutors to know more about us, such as our suggested rates for home tuition and perhaps a few free downloads (like Study Plan organizers, etc). Of course, we will hope for the website to be clean, user-friendly and attractive, but nothing too spectacular. Eazytutors and GenesisTutors as 2 examples of how we want the website to be modelled after. Clean, Crisp, User friendly, and visually appealing for its easy to understand interface. Hi Mate, I have read your requirements, reviewed reference websites and understood that you want to develop a website where parents can find out tutors for their children. There are three user types in website i.e. Parents (they can sign up, request for tutor, get tutor details etc), Second; Visitors(parent who have any inquiry can submit form) and Tutors; (sign up and register) I have some queries in flow of system which we need to discuss before start, 1. How tutors will assign to parents (using matched criteria?) 2. How parents will contact to tutors? They can get contact details directly? Is their any membership plans to purchase for users? Our work procedure: - finalization of requirement mutually - preparation of detail documentation with flowcharts and explanation of each features - Confirmation from client - development by using Agile development methodology (Phase wise execution) in which project is divided into different phases (3 or 4) - each phase will be updated to client for review purpose Kindly initiate chat so we can discuss project in detail.
