Build a Wordpress Beverage website

Hello I need someone to build a beverage website. This is not a complicated project and I know exactly what I'm looking for. -the intro must have an age verification page similar to [login to view URL] but I would like to be able to add a logo above the "Are you over 21" text. -For the mean time please place generic images of wines, vodkas etc. - I would like the text to be black and background white. but would like the colors to be able to be changed easily through a custom theme panel. -I would like the website to be responsive -the website must be extremely mobile and SEO friendly -Custom Theme panel where every aspect of the site can be managed. - I would like the website to be similar to whitegirlwine.com. - I want a slider just like the one on the WGW website. -the only difference is that if i click on one of the items in the slider, I would like it to go to a page where it describes the products ->>> I like this layout [login to view URL] -I Would like the website to have a shopping cart -I would like the color of the website to be white and gold -all images and text must be able to be managed through custom theme panel. - We offer Wine, Liquor, Beer, Mixers and non alcoholic products so we would like to be able to have a pages that showcase each. -Site must have an About Page. Ideally it would be structured the same way as WGW but would say About, Wine, Liquor, Beer, Mixers, Non Alcoholic, Where to Buy, Buy Online, -We have several different flavors so each menu must be able add several beverages to showcase. -Social Media Icons Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
