Hello, As discussed on chat we propose a comprehensive event management system for you. An event management system will have 2 primary modules, an administration module and another finance module - Administration module would define whole even process i.e. will provide a detailed schedule, provide list of attendees including their particulars, invitation procedure, the procedure to record attendance at event, attendees feedback system after event and related news updation on the website. - Finance module will include the detailed breakdown of event budgeted cost, procurement process for event (including list of approved vendor) and then details of actual incurred costs Furthermore, regarding UserEnd system on website frontend, there will be simple registration form for event, event ticket printing system, email / sms triggered notifications about event and related simple things If you a simpler version of our proposed system, such as , only a simple registration and ticketing platform as you have mentioned in your project , that can also be made for you.
