Compare phone script

I would like a website script made which provides the ability to compare modern phones to one another, This site should come complete with an administration panel, for updating phones, articles, etc... A modern, stylish UI will display content to the end user. You are not required to enter in any phone or specifications/articles as this will be done once the site is online. The Administration panel also needs to have Ads management/Logo Mgmt/Database tools and the ability to add/delete pages. The website should offer the ability to display phones by Brand/Price, etc... The website will have a button on the webpage of every phone to "Compare" this phone to others The website must have a page dedicated to phone comparison, where the user will type in what phones they would like to compare.
