Convert Arduino Project from USB->Bluetooth

This software will be developed using C for the latest Arduino IDE. You should be familiar with: C, Arduino, Serialized data, and Serial Buffers.I need help combining the functionality from two completed Arduino projects into one new project. The first project listens for commands on the serial port (USB), and once it confirms the beginning and end of a packet, it runs the contents of the packet through a switch and sends output through a custom RF library based on the switch output. The second project allows an iOS app to pair with the Arduino via an Adafruit Bluetooth Module & communicate through the serial port. Both projects are fully functional. Neither is large or complex. We need the new project to receive and process packets for commands (like in the first project) over Bluetooth using the libraries in the second (instead of the USB we currently use).  Looking to complete this ASAP.
