Create an Image AD for craigslist

Design an AD image off of existing logo for craigslist AD Images must differ in layout, not just the same image in different colors but similarities are fine, i just want some variations, again see examples Must be able to easily edit text or project example text on ad/image, PSD files included exc. I should be able to easily update projects, services offered, exc as indicated above. Item areas needed to be included: Company name, email, url, phone number,logo, spots for examples of previous projects to be easily inserted,List of services Please READ attached notes and view examples attached. Im looking for atleast 3 different templates with similar feel to attached. Do not bid for one image! This is for a construction company, general handyman services, aswell as licensed electrical. Existing design is centered around a specific color pattern and an irish themed design, see current logo/website for design ideas. Please provide images for revisions prior to completed project.
