I would like to make a website for OTC bitcoin brokering. Website will have only a few page, and has the custom-made user management system. In the front page, the price of buy and sell will be calculated in real-time by quoting from multiple exchanges. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The price formula has to be changeable. For example, average of those three then multiple by 1.05 This price of buy and sell will be displayed on the front page. User then able to decide how much to buy/sell, and then enter the personal info. User has the choice of payment method: bank transfer, cash deposit, etc. The details of the bank is then shown. After user has made the payment, user click on 'completed button', and admin is notified. Admin will get the trade ticket, check the payment, and then send bitcoin to user manually. - Website has to be able to keep user personal info, ID and other important documents securely. Security is the most important - There should be a function to keep track of user trading volume, and total volume in a day/week/month/year. Record keeping is very essential - Website has to be extremely minimal, and has at least 2 languages: English, and Thai (Thai language is the default, and I will change words by myself)
