Create a new responsive website

Ok, I already have many websites so I'm very picky as to exactly what I want. I need a website similar to [login to view URL] but much more simple. 1. The site must be responsive and able to use on both mobile and desktop devices. 2. All meta tags and keywords must be easily editable for all pages. 3. Google analytics must be added into the framework of the site. 4. Need one landing page, that only allows you to click a button and fill out a contact form to get a quote. Contact form does not need to be database driven. A simple email will work. 5. Our colors are red, white and black. 6. You can use any popular framework or you can custom code whichever is easier. I have dreamweaver so I can edit myself easily. 7. I want to make a custom Security cost calculator, they will select certain variables and we will give them an instant cost estimate, for the price. 8. need one page for employment opportunities. It should have a contact form with all their personal information, and allow someone to upload their resume. This can also simply be emailed to us after submission. 9. It does not need that many pages. I think less than 10 pages. Privacy Policy page is also needed. 10. I do like the floating header, so I do want that in the site also. I think that is about it. Lets get started today!
