Design a Website features

Dear Sir/Madame, My name is Christopher and I am sending this email on behalf of a financial services company that I am currently working for as a web developer. We are still a relatively small company but we have major plans of expansion in the near future. I was looking through the web for freelance designers and came across your website. I found the designs interesting and thought that maybe you could assist us with our project. Please let me know if this is something you are able to help us with and if so we can perhaps schedule a skype meeting or further emails to explain exactly what we are looking for. We are working on a web-application which is designed and developed in-house and we would like to know if it’s possible to help us design the platform in a more professional manner. Basically, we would like a more sophisticated and modern point of view as far as the design of the web-app is concerned. Please note that we do not want to design the page all over again, we preferably need suggestions/quotes for possible additions or removals to the existing page in terms of the elements used (colors, images, forms ,JavaScript functions, proper positioning etc.) so we can present ourselves in a more professional way and make the overall design more eye-catching and attractive to the targeted audience.
