Design an email newsletter

Hi, I intend on sending potential clients a newsletter every month by email explaining the added benefits of why they should use Blue Sky Commercial Cleaning. I will complete all writing etc but would need for the graphic designing to be done. In future there would be one newsletter for every month however for the time being I would you to work from the newsletter I have created myself, it needs to be converted to a html format so that it will be compatible with send blaster (mass mailing software). I need to be able to edit the text in the sticky so that a custom name field can be entered and sent to every client and the images in the sidebar need to be removed and replaced with a still from my video blog, but it needs to be edited in photo shop to have the youtube play button over it, so that people can tell its a video. If everything looks fine then I am happy to pay more for any further work in the future. Dave
