Design a poker inspired t-shirt with my idea.

I am managing a poker inspired clothing and accessories brand and i want to finish my first collection so to speak. I already have the ideas in my mind and some sketches. What i can't seem to find is English/Spanish/Romanian speaking illustrators that want to work something other than skulls and roses. This is a creative project and a certain personal drawing style will be appreciated. If you would like to take part in this it would be great. I will attach some photos of the products i already made here to see more or less what it is about. I have a strict budget for these illustrations and i don't know how much an average hourly rate would be so i posted a simple project here. I lost a lot of time searching for the wrong people and i want to say upfront what i can afford to pay for this. And that is between 40-80$ per design depending on your skills. Please respect my announcement and apply only if you are interested to draw a poker inspired illustration for clothing products if you have a certain defined own style. I am not looking for mercenaries i love soldiers. Hope i haven't offended anyone and looking forward for your messages.
