Hello Mayu, DESIGN PROJECT As per our discussion, I'm creating this project in freelancer in order to expedite the design part of a much bigger project from which you'll find the resumed scope below. This project is for the design of the mock-up of Home page and inner pages for a budget of 1000$. I will create a milestone of 30% of the amount. Once this project is complete, I will create the below project for the remainder of the entire budget which is a total of 4500$. So in essence, you will be getting 1000$ for the design and 3500$ for the programming part, integration, test, etc. for a total of 4500$. PROGRAMMING This time around, our agency is looking for an offshore agency to undertake an important project for our client. We are looking to build a new website using Wordpress for a financial service company. You need to provide design, programming, integration, testing UI/UX, etc. We will provide all text in both FR and EN, logo, images, screen shots and template is need be. + The site will be bilingual in French and English so you need to be familiar with WPML. + The old site currently uses MySQL for its database.
