Ad for newspaper supplement

Hello, I need an advertisement (3 variations) for a newspaper supplement. The dimensions are: 5 centimeters height, by 16 centimeters width. The variations should follow the following indications: 1. Blue background, yellow letters 2. Blue background with parts in gray, yellow letters 3. Blue background, white letters. The logo must comply with the color palette indicated (RGB and it's CMYK equivalent) in the image attached (colores [login to view URL]). The ad text is in the attached file, Aviso [login to view URL] . The logo I am attaching it as well. The ad and it's variations, should have a truck or heavy machinery photo. The image can be picked from your own collection if you have it or from [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (I'll buy the image if it's needed, as long as it does not cost over $30). You must use a watermarked image when showing the drafts. Once the client approves the ad, I can obtain the image. Please be mindful, that the ad will be printed so we need it to be in CMYK and photo in high resolution. The file [login to view URL] is just an example (which the client did not approve or liked), I need something better. The master file should be worked on Photoshop or Inkscape (not Illustrator). I need this job finished friday the 21st , 16:00pm GMT or 12:00pm EST
