Build a Website

I want to create a website that utilises two APIs 1) [login to view URL] Pinboard is a bookmarking site just like Delicious or other services. It offers great tagging and search functionality. The API is well documented and thorough (from what I've heard - I'm an Interactive Producer). 2) [login to view URL] (or some other similar service that is free/cheap - open to your suggestions) This is another online service that takes screenshots of websites and can upload/store them in multiple places. I want like to create a site that combines my personal bookmarks on Pinboard with screenshots of those sites via Browshot! I've attached a PDF showing the two pages of the site that I think are needed with notes on functionality. These notes are based on personal preference and do not reflect what is actually possible with either of the APIs. Please let me know your thoughts here on what is possible. Other notes: - Documentation will be required so api account details and the exact URL can be changed at a later date if needed. - The final URL is TBC - I would like the site built with Bootstrap to minimse and custom development work being needed. - I am open to you designing this with Bootstrap OR providing designs for you to implement. - I can provide hosting, Pinboard and Browshot user details for development if needed.
