Backup logs need to be recreated, html

Need backup logs to be recreated for the last 90 days,one backup per day I will supply the layout in html and the first few all i need done is the rest to be filled out. the data must follow strict guidelines and the fields of the rate relate to each other. example. if the backup took 47 minutes to complete at a data rate of 655mb that data rate should match the time to completion for the amount of data. This MUST be done today, 11/17 the data be be in html format
