Build CPA Incentive web site

I need a fully designed site which uses the FSREVOLUTION INCENTIVE SCRIPT. Basically a home page/blog that explains the process and 1 page for each category of gifts (paypal money, Tv's, gaming systems, lab tops, apple products, etc). Filling out a CPA offers gives credits and to get there free gift they must have a certain number of credits and have a certain number of referrals. I must be able to add pages and content after system is up and running.
