Create a 2D Character-based Animation from the supplied sample.

Please see attached files for full reference. I have 7 days to have a 4-minute animation created. It needs to have the style of the sample video attached, and basically use the same animated character in that sample. Review the attached script to get an idea of what you are required to come up with a creative vision for, and animate it as per the supplied style video. Please send me the best reference video you have created in the past that best suits your capabilities to produce what I am looking for. the logo – see the arrows in it, the 3 arrows and their color. The client would like to see the arrows incorporated into the creative maybe here and there through the piece as appropriate. They have the 3 R’s (Reuse Reduce Recycle) maybe each arrow can represent one of the 3 R’s somehow. Also please see the Walmart logo. See how the yellow part of it looks like a sun? with the sun and the beams? Well seeing as Walmart is a big sponsor of this program, the client would love it if you could subtly use that as the actual sun in the piece. Also, the 2 walmart colors can be used as colors throughout, plus the main colors of the RCO logo (I sent you the pantone values for that) I have also attached the voiceover. Please note that there is one sentence she reads that needs to be cut as per the updated script change. (first line in the Recycling section) As for the fonts, use fun fonts but keep in mind that a lot of the audience seeing this video cannot read, so please do not use the words on screen too much. The voiceover is done by a girl, but if you notice, the sound of the voice could be either male or female. So the bag character is not a girl or boy, is not gender-specific. Expecting to also see the facial expressions on the bag character be more in sync with the voice. The script discusses processes that are done by machines. There are example videos to show those machines in real life. It is important to get these processes looking correct, but also be easy for children to understand. End animation needs to be at 1080p.
