Cpa Leads 500+ a week

I’m looking for someone who can provide me with a large number of US/UK/CA only leads(500+ a week) that have to be sent through my web-forms using specific links. It’s a simple one page process and the offers are free to join. I offer a payout of $0.25 for every person that you can send through the links I give you. The link will have a tracking ID so you must use this exact link in order to be paid. I pay only through PayPal, and I will only work with you if you prove you’re able to provide leads. I will expect to see at least 50 leads before you will receive payment. Never Upfront payments, don't responde if you want this. I only pay when the networks paid me. I require that the following rules to be followed: - All signups MUST be REAL people! - Unique Email and IP Addresses (currently US/UK/CA only) - NO duplicates, - NO Fraudulent Signups - NO BlackHat - NO Craigslist Spamming! - No Proxy Servers are allowed (I can verify this!) - No Incentivized traffic - Leads and IPS : Will be from USA/UK/CA - Each completed signup/action MUST come from unique IP to qualify - NO Spam, AUTO Bots or softwares. - NO Incentives - Some leads for Adultsites.
