Adwords Professional Required (Native French Speakers only)

We are looking for a NATIVE FRENCH SPEAKING Adwords professional, ideally Google cerified to create and manage an initial monthly adwords budget of 1500-2000 USD. All targeted to [login to view URL] and in French language only. Need to squeeze every cent out of our budget as we sell very low cost items at low profit margin. Bidder must be able to demonstrate current success with similar work. Bidder must agree to discuss and achieve mutually agreed monthly targets and must be able to understand the task and take full responsibility. We count success in profit, not simply in conversions.
