Blog update, need more profit, multilanguage, better SEO...

Hi, i have a running blog. Good Design and good market. I have about 20-30 visitors a day. 1. I want a much more visitors a day. about 100-200 a day. 2. I need a better marketing on the site, better google adsense, and other banners etc.... Better profit! 3. I need good and profitable marketing changes on the site. 4. I need someone who is a professional marketer, and knows what we need to change on the site, to make more profit on autopilot. 5. I need kind of autopilot content on the site. 6. I need a better SEO on the site. 7. I need to make a bigger list (over newsletter) on the site! 8. I need someone who can take care of the site and make the needed changes, and improve the site by his own suggestions.... I need a person who works with me in a proactive way.... Goal is to improve the site, in visitors, in profit, and in autopilot! thanks
