buying 30 one way links from expert - health related

Hello there, I would like to buy 30 one-way, non-reciprocal permanent quality links from pages with Google Page Rank 3 or more, from Health related websites only. Specific keywords anchor text and corresponding URLs will be provided. YOU MUST show samples of your work and in your cover letter explain why you are the best link builder for me. Please also explain your method of getting these links.
