I have worked for companies such as Sprint and Amazon as well as dealt with Prospecting, Sales, Suggestive Selling, Retention, Billing, Closing Deals, Complaints, Account Issues, Replacements, Refunds, FAQ and many more related tasks. Also, I am a native bilingual in both English and Spanish. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and full computer literacy. I count with a private and quiet well equipped home office, which is ideal to work from in an efficient and professional manner.
