I know just enough from your ad to know I COULD be the best person you'll find for the job. :)
I have a sales process that is the same no matter the industry, product, service or price point. It's designed to get the lead to give you the information required to sell them. From there, a practical need needs to be established, then you need to tug at their emotions by making them want it and also with some urgency to make up their mind asap. I then go with a trial close to get any remaining objections before closing.
The thing is, if I don't get a sale, I know why and hopefully it's not a hard "NO" and perhaps I can set something up down the road. It's all about asking the right questions and actually listening and taking good notes. I always liked to keep my notes as such that if I had to call in a few days in a row with something really serious, my boss or co-workers could get into my account base and know everything they need to know. Whether it's time for a reorder call or a note to beware the customer was unhappy with their last order, etc.
At any rate, I have years and years of experience in sales, particularly B2B. I am also well-versed in traditional internet marketing but so is everyone else! I have actually been using some unusual/unprecedented methods that have been paying off quite nicely.
Thanks for reading. I'd be happy to forward a resume as well.
