Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager required for a real tech-start up which is launching its services to the public in July 2015. You must have a solid understanding of all aspects of digital marketing (online (SEO, PPC, targeted Ad, remarketing) campaigns)) and the release of new services. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a real tech start-up working with a team of experienced professionals and will offer great practical experience for the successful candidate. You must have a solid understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and the release of new products and services. The successful candidate will be able to do, and must have experience doing, the following: 1. online (SEO, PPC, targeted Ad, remarketing) campaigns and print (publications / brochures / press releases) campaigns; 2. Develop and amend marketing plans as required; 3. Meeting deadlines and managing the budget agreed to with The Company; 4. Establish a social media presence for The Company; 5. Work with the team to forecast marketing revenue and resource needs; 6. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights; 7. Identify key drivers across all social platforms to optimize future content and programs; 8. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against Return on Interest goals agreed with The Company and the Key Performance Indicators; 9. Stay on the cutting-edge of innovation, including monitoring direct competitors; 10. Identify events / trade shows / opportunities that will assist The Company achieve its goals; 11. Assist the team from a marketing perspective to recruit clients (lawyers) to utilise the website; 12. Where applicable, advising the team on the design and layout of the website as this relates to the marketing and conversion goals of the Company; 13. Prepare reports agreed with the CEO which allow the key marketing statistics and in particular the KPI's to be measured and monitored. Such reports would need to be produced for the meetings with the CEO. KPIs – primarily measured in relation to conversions (of users to paying customers). Duration: Ongoing. Time Commitment: 20-25 hours per week Location: Preferably Brisbane or Sydney however applications outside those areas will be considered. You must have access to Skype/Facetime.
