Diplomatic Leads needed

Hello, We need a clean email list of diplomats. The list must be 100% clean (i.e NO hard bounces). The list will be classed as not clean if we get any bounce backs when emailing to them (i.e. email address not valid, returned to sender, domain name no longer valid, mailbox full etc.) Do you have clean leads already? Can you help? The project will only be complete and paid when we have tested the list. We will send our test email address to 30 random emails on the list. We require the full list you are selling and NOT a sample. When you sell the list we want to know the total amount of emails you have on the list before we accept your offer. If we get NO bounce backs, the project will be classed as complete and payment will be made. If we get 1 bounce back from our test, we will ask you to clean the list and no payment will be made until the list is clean. We then require the original amount of emails that you have said you would sell us. This means you removing the bad emails and finding new emails. Your first bid is your final bid. Don't ask for more money after you win the project. When you bid I need to know the amount of clean emails you have before I will accept your offer. ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE READ ALL OF THE ABOVE.
