Convert an existing Wifi Login Page into a new Page That I designed from PSD into HTML

I have a package of an old Wifi login pages, it has some scripts in it. I just design a new look for it. I created them in Photoshop with PSD format. I need someone to convert it from the old into the new one. But, I need the scripts (excluding template/html script) from the old pages to be included into the new pages. Those have its own mark in it, so it can be easily found And another important thing that I will need some new scripts to be included. (could be java) I will explain the details when the deal is accepted The pages is attached
