Customized Requisition Software

This projects details are as follows. The users must be able to put in requisitions into 4 different areas. They then must be able to run an entire report and individual(s)area report. Must be windows/os compatible. The software should have ability to be web based in the future (not a must now). Must have the logo of the client and ability to change clients logo. Users have to log in. Needs to be very user friendly. Need 3 security levels. Must be able to convert database from an existing filemaker pro database application into new software. Time is of the essence. Further Details Below: 1. System must be able to work on Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems. 2_ Existing Database is to be converted to work with developed program. Specific Program Requirements: • Log - On Screen (Each user will be assigned a log-in id and password, there are to be level of access from administrator to regular users (level of access to be defined in detail before development begins) ***Should have the capability to show an audit trail for each user allowing only the Administrator Group to monitor. Enter New Requisitions - User should be able to create a new requisition row to any open Grant Workspace. . Find / Edit Requisitions - user should be able to key in an ID number and view the document. • Function Balance - Minor/major Object Code: This is a database that will search for all requisitions within a range. • Function Balance W/ Line Allocation - User should be able to view the Line Item Budget Plus Carryovers. Have Personnel side to calculate all taxes taken out (FICA, Medicare and any other Deductions) and show the dollar amount paid to personnel. ***Calculations to be determined before development*** • Show Records Entered - User should be able to view records according to their Security Levels. There should be an audit trail created showing the daily transactions of each user. • Budget Submitted - user should be able to view the entire budget submitted for a specified grant.
