Code PSD to CSS with 2-3 JQUERY Addons

This job is to code a PSD to html/css see attached for image. **This is a PSD > CSS THE TEMPLATE MUST! Be cross browser supported, this includes IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and DIV based (tableless). There is 6 pages for you to create. They must look like the PSD. The healer/footer/content background will stay the same but its just the content areas have different layouts. Please add the AddThis buttons to the pages, for twitter, facebook etc. [[login to view URL]][1] Page titles are images, but make sure they are still h1 tags. Header has mouse over colour change links, red = hover its a hidden layer. Please see this site: <[login to view URL]> I want the square images to do the same, have the box come up on top of the image. Also the images should have the 1 pixal shadow. These images are across multiple pages and should use the same div class. Make sure the DIV are classes, so they can be used more then once, mostly the content area's. So like 1 class for the images that makes them into rows of 4, and able to go down on multiple lines. IE in the PSD there is 2 rows of 4, but on the live site there could be up to atleast 4 rows with 16 images etc. ** **JQuery Addons -** 1. JQuery Fancybox - I think this is the addon that is used to show the text box with name ontop of the image see the link above. 2. JQuery easySlider - For the slider - the big image, the numbered paginate below is to scroll through the images. No arrows required on the actual image. 3. JQuery form validation for the sumbit loot page, all fields required. Please make the fields the size of the PSD but using css for the border etc. Please put all JQuery related images in its own folder so like - images/jquery/ **Code must be clean and commented for each div class section, so it can be used multiple times. ** Please complete asap Thanks
