Create an HTML or javascript RSS feed widget

Hi, i would like a widget created to display my blog contents. Please see [login to view URL] for what i am looking for. The top widget is a functioning widget, and is close to what i want. The bottom pic is a pic of what i want. The title "molecule of the day" does not have to be a hyperlink, but I would like the words "organic chemistry" at the bottom to link to http://www.aceorganicchem.com. In the body of the widget I would like the picture contained in the most recent blog post. Also in the body, I would like the title and 200 characters of the most recent blog post. The title should be a link back to the post. I would like the widget to update itself everytime there is a new pageload. I will on placing this on many websites, so the final product should be a few lines of code that can go on any website. The RSS feed i want to use can be found at [login to view URL] I only have two post right now up to practice with. Thanks a lot.
