Adding functionality to play video instead of a still image in Existing WebGl app

Programmer Skill requirement : HTML 5 , JavaScript , WebGL , Understanding of Panorma/ immersive picture , ThreeJS , Shader Description of Job : Programmer need to modify the existing application which returned with ThreeJS library & WebGL & Shader , Adding functionality to play video instead of a still image , Currently application only use one rectangular panoramic still image as input , I would like to use WebM video file & an OGV video file as input and use this video file as texture . The viewer needs to play video smooth and good frame rate and keep the same quality . Please find the attached file , this is existing application which you can download and test it .
