Add 3 adveritsing modules to RocketTheme Template

I have a Joomla 1.5 based website that is using a RocketTheme template called TerranTribune. The template comes with 3 module positions where we need them but somehow after making changes to the template these positions have become corrupted somehow in the [login to view URL] file and will not display the content that gets put into these positions horizontally like they were originally designed to but instead are stacked on top of each other (see attached screen shot). I also need to have 3 matching module positions added near the top just above the main content area. These 6 positions will be used for advertising positions. I have this site setup on a temp server if someone needs access to it and then the corrected changes can be moved to the production server after its been fixed. If you need more details please pm me.
