Hello. I'm software engineer from Finland, currently working in major network security company developing Linux based firewall/IPS. I am able to do this quickly. I assume that you are running Linux there (as this was in Linux board). This should be just quick ftp server settings review, or iptables rules (or other firewall if present) if they are blocking passive FTP. Looking forward to hear more, Antti Tiainen

I will just need your AWS Credentials and the instance IP with the .pem file will do it in two hours maximum. Have troubleshooted such types of issues in past and am a AWS certified Solution Architect.
