Hiya,
I'm a Linux systems admin with 15+ years experience mostly in Red Hat Linux and derived distributions, such as CentOS, Fedora, etc.
As others have stated, Fedora 11 is quite horrendously obsolete now, and given the choice I would not touch Fedora with a barge pole for a server installation.
However, I do already have one Fedora box kicking around somewhere that sends SMS messages directly from it (via a suitable modem) so I can replicate that for you, or I can write you some code to access someone else's SMS messaging API, it depends on what your requirements are.
I can offer you 1 hour of consultancy time to discuss the matter for my bid price to discuss the matter, and then we can look at implementation after that.
My existing customers say of my services for example:
"Thank you, you're a God-send".
Josh Strike - Strike Sapphire
"Thank god for you being available, dont know what we would do if you were not around."

Yours,
Kev Green,
