Asterisk PBX Ec2 Multi Tenant capabilities- repost

I currently have an asterisk pbx project loaded on AWS ec2. The current system is connected with a sip trunk that allows callers to pull up basic information on their account, located in MySQL and route calls accordingly. I populate MySQL with a custom built php interface that allows the admin to update various triggers that direct call flow within my dial plan as changes are needed. I use a custom built php interface to populate and make changes to MySql. I need a highly skilled Asterisk developer/expert that can suggest functionality and best practices to maximize the capabilities and efficiency in my system. Project: Create a new instance from my AMI and update new sip trunk line to replace old in existing code. Update any links from php code and direct them to new instance address. Add a GUI to help me administer basic function and call flow of my existing system. The current system is for use by a single company but the new system must have the ability to add multi tenants that can each be configured to their individual needs. (additional sip trunks, different dial plans, recordings and secure DB links to admin their data. (DB structure will be the same for all companies)Add multi-tenant capabilities where other companies can be added with their own admin functions. The wav files should be sent to an email address and stored so administrators can use the trunk to navigate recordings for playback. ADD Vestec voice recognition. What GUI will work best with a custom built PBX system that has DB lookups for callers to retrieve information on their accts. Can this be used for multi tenants? Would the GUI allow me to manage and update sip trunk information? 3. How would you best implement multi tenants using an existing instance on ec2. Each would need their own trunk(s) and each would need the ability to upload their own data using their own secure link to DB. 4. When can you start and when will you finish and how much time do you have to devote to my system.
