Need help for a SED command line function which is able to add 0 to the beginning of each number so it always contains 13 characters.
Input:
MPN EAN Price
12180 0013803122176 19
12181 013803122175 20
12182 13803122174 21
Desired Output
MPN EAN Price
12180 0013803122176 19
12181 0013803122175 20
12182 0013803122174 21
So SED should look on each line if column 2 contains 13 characters. In case it doesn't SED should add leading 0 to make it 13 characters.
Hello,
I am an expert in Linux (18 years of experience; Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS and many others) and all standard Linux tools such as sed.
I'm ready to start working on your project.
I can make a script that you will use a command in very little time. I plan add 2 input system: 1: traditional: input one by one, 2: set a file with all input lines.
