The focus of the company is in Personal and Commercial Finance which specialises in Home Mortgage Lending, Personal Lending, Corporate Finance and Commercial Leasing. The image that we wish to portray is that of a very professional company with high technical and service abilities. An image of experience and quality are also desired. To be considered for this bid, mockups and ideas for this job are required to be provided so that the best designer can be selected based on their ideas. Your portfolio is generally not enough. If you don't provide mockups you will not be considered as a winner for this bid. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional files in Adobe Illustrator. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) all fonts must be included. b) all components must be editable by us in the future - this includes all layers being provided and if a font is manipulated, each letter must be separate. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
