Help me with Marketing

Our company is working on a startup and in the process of developing a mobile application which focuses on the advertisement. The platform will allow local businesses to reach more customer while helping people find great deals in the community. We are in the seed round of funding raising and have engaged a software developer to assist with the platform. The MVP/Prototype of platform is expected to be completed and launch for market validation by end of 2016. Furthermore, we plan to raise more capital through angel and VC investment in the early 2017. We believe that there is a need for this product that will disrupt the advertising market. The business model suggests that we can capture the market share and compete with other brands. The company is looking for a talent to join our management team as a co-founder and help us successfully launch the product. In exchange for your time and expertise, the company is offering a retaining fee and a shareholder's equity in the startup. No monetary investment is required on your part. The individualmust be likeminded and encompass the set of highly skills and talents in the following position; 1. Marketing Guru - this individual is an expert in marketing and business development with a skill set in finance and accounting is a plus. This person will be assisting us with implementing the marketing strategy and outreach program for product launch and additional fund raising. We want to create a well-rounded team as the company needs to fill these roles immediately. We prefer someone with a personal network in the tech industry who understands the market well and can contribute a market-product concept.
