Build a workable probability model for Company stock analysis following a Company News event

I need a accurate, user friendly model which determines the probability of a stock price same directional momentum (up or down) continuing for 3 days following any Company News Event. For example, it was announced on 10/19/2015 that Opra Winfrey took a $position in Weight Watchers Intl. The share price soared from $6.79 (10/16) to $13.92(10/19) to $18.25 (10/20) to$15.40 (10/21). The model I'm seeking should be reliable for determining the short term (3days)momentum probability of same directional price movement for a major event at any company that trades on NYC markets. The company event news can be good/bad for the company as it doesn't matter in the short term since my interest is only the 3 day window of opportunity after the news. The probability of same directional momentum of 3 days in price movement is what I'm looking for. I hope someone can make this model
