Configuration of the ADS1x98ECG - FE front end PDK / EVM with only 3 ECG leads

We currently have Texas Instrument's ADS 1x98 ECG evaluation module. The kit contains the ADS1x98ECG-FE Rev C connected to the MMB0 motherboard Rev D with TMS320 dsp. The user guide recommends using DB connector pins 9, 10 and 11 for a 3 lead ecg simulation. Instead of the DB connector we have used standard jumper male pins plugged in to the corresponding DB connector female pins but after trying all methods we are unable to get a clean ecg. The same electrodes connected to a portable ECG machine displays a very clean ECG. Attached document has the configuration screenshots used on the GUI for setting the board up to measure the 3 lead ECG. Looking for expertise to connect remotely to our PC and diagnose the issue and provide suitable recommendations. alternatives or fixes to resolve this issue at the earliest. 1.
