CCI + Moving average indicator

I need to create an indicator based on CCI and Moving averages. I've attached the 2 indicators I'm currently using to do it manually, but I need both to be taken into account and sort of merged into one to produce a signal to buy or sell. The attached moving average indicator changes color when it changes direction and allows us to specify both the Moving Average number and also the type of MA, like exponential, simple, weighted, etc The idea is to combine both the MA and CCI to get color signals on the indicator and also a colored up/down arrows (better another icon) when price is overbought/oversold AND 2 timeframes higher WMA 100 is in the same direction. See document attached for full specifications of what I will need. I will need to add one more thing in a second stage, but so far it should be like that.
