Hi, Again feel good to see project with Atmel Controller. Actually i had worked with Atxmega256a3u controller. And i had very good knowledge of Atmel chips. And main thing is i had also available equipment like JTAG Debugger which can be use with his chip. But problem is with hardware of the controller which you mentioned. Are you going to use development kit from Atmel Corporation or you had developed your own PCB? Based on your description i cn understand like you want to send pulse of 20ms based on timer. But what is use of DMA UART in this application. Can you elaborate it, so i can clear my mind. By the way, it can be developed within 3 days but i can also lock the code by lock byte and fuse byte so no one can hack your device. And for this i will need your hardware, I mean development kit so it can be done within your requirement days. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Kalpesh Ramani.
