Create a pdf template according to drop down answers which can be emailed

Dear Client, Thank you for inviting me for the project. My name is Dipak Moliya. I’ve read your project description and can see that you want to be able to create a PDF template by answering a few simple questions from drop downs. Also, I am able to attach the generated PDF with multiple email and/or put the generated PDF file on your internal share point site so multiple users can access the file. I have 6 year's experience designing and developing Microsoft Access Application (Online/SharePoint/Offline/Desktop) with advance knowledge of Database Designing, Forms and Reports designing, SQL, VBA and particular skill in integrated Microsoft Office solutions based upon automation of Excel, Word and Outlook. As your requirements, I can do the following…. I can make it so it can be used in Multi-user environment (With different access level for each user.) with log-in dialog. I offer you the access application with very user-friendly forms having functionalities like auto-filling easy data selection through dropdowns, Search and filter data, Validation rules etc... I viewed your word file..Generally the questions from coder appears during coding. So, maybe I'll be that coder. Hi, I can build split ms Access DB(with fe and be) on LAN . So all your requirement i.e. to have a filling form for autopdf for autoemail etc will be done via smart and simple Ms Access interface. See my portfolio screens here..
