I need an android app that acts as a switchboard on my phone. It needs an on/off button, when off it does nothing, when on it must mute the phone and sms alert and intercept all calls. When it intercepts the calls it must play them an MP3 and then if a designated number is pressed on the keypad (need to be while and after MP3 is playing not just when mp3 has finished) then it puts the call through to the phone and it rings normally, if the wrong number or no number is pressed then it cuts caller off. When switched off it must revert the phones sms and call alerts (that were muted when app was switched on) back to normal. The app must be secure, work on all versions of Android and you must guarantee timely bug fixes for 6 months after release. The app needs a good icon and simple interface, it must be able to be switched on and off from the homepage. The app must be well tested for bugs and very secure, posing no risk to the user. It musty have any security required to prevent it being copied to other phones and any coding/features required to allow it to be sold on the google play store.
